The goal is to provide your research team with a document that could be used as a tool to help you prepare future research studies related to claiming or receiving benefits in the UK. Alternatively, it might just be a useful source of data for anyone outside of the user research industry looking for up-to-date information on this topic.
What you will find in this document:
- A breakdown of the sample’s demographics, including gender, age, education level, employment status and industry, ethnicity breakdown and English as a first language, as well as household composition.
- Information about the respondent’s technological capabilities and any accessibility needs, disabilities or long-term impairments.
- Statistics on what benefits the sample are currently claiming, the benefits they have applied to or which ones they are considering applying to in the future.
- A breakdown of most popular benefits claimed per age bracket.
- Some really interesting key takeaways at the end!
